*Water is provided by a local well for showers, washing dishes & toilet pump. Hot water is available for showers. We do encourage water preservation. A/C is available inside the beach house bedrooms at specific hours during the summer from June to August. Electricity is provided by solar-powered panels & generators however we encourage energy preservation as much as possible. Internet is available with a purchase of a 30-minute ticket with a code through our House Custodian to be used at anytime during your stay. Come & Experience Baja!
