To ensure & provide safety measures for the health & well-being of our new or returning occupants, the rooms, bathrooms & kitchen of the beach house are disinfected thoroughly via disinfecting wipes & aero spray after departure of the previous occupants. 

We do not provide refunds however with a cancelation request sent 72 hours before your reservation date, we can reschedule for a different date. 

Check-In is at 2:00pm & Check-Out is at 11:00am.

It is possible to drive on the dirt road to the beach house however there is always a risk of getting struck on a sand bank. SUV or pickup trucks are recommended for the trip.

It is recommended to fill up at San Felipe prior to your arrival. There is a secondary gas station available approximately 15 minutes south from the beach house. Gas availability varies on the gas station’s hours & fuel availability.

There is a Supermarket available approximately 15 minutes south from the beach house. The prices are usually higher than normal. It is recommended to bring your own food supplies, drinking water & other beverages from San Felipe or home.  

Cookware & kitchen utensils are available in all the bungalows & the beach house. A full-sized refrigerator & a separate stand-alone freezer are exclusive to the beach house.

Water is provided by a local well for showers, washing dishes & toilet pump. Hot water is available for showers. We do encourage water preservation. A/C is available inside the beach house bedrooms at specific hours during the summer from June to August. Electricity is provided by solar-powered panels & generators however we encourage energy preservation as much as possible. Internet is available with a purchase of a 30-minute ticket with a code through our House Custodian to be used at anytime during your stay.

Most wildlife will avoid human contact however the beach house is located in a rural area. Wildlife is attracted to food & water which is why it is important to keep all open areas clean & dry from leftover food & drinks. This will help you limit & avoid contact with the wildlife. Always check your footwear before putting them on.

Due to wildlife pets are not allowed.

The beach house is located in a rural area where wildlife roams. Close supervision & the safety of children remain the full responsibility of their parents and/or guardians while on the beach house & beachfront property.

We do not provide life vests for those wishing to enter the beach. It is recommended to bring your own beach essentials.

We do not have fishing boats however we do have friendly relationships with local fishermen who we can refer to for those who are interested in fishing by boat during their stay. We at Baja Playa Del Sol Beach House & Beachfront do not have any financial relationship with the local fishermen & our referrals are simply a courtesy to those interested in securing a fishing trip ahead of time. We do not take any responsibility for your fishing experience as fishing can be very rewarding or at times frustrating due to many factors involved.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the beach house.

We advise not to bring any type of recreational drugs as possession of them may result in severe  & significant penalties & arrest by Mexican authorities.

Firearms are prohibited in Mexico.
